Happy Easter 2012

Hoppy Easter from Benjamin Bunny!!!

Ben and I took some Easter-themed photos at a local park a couple days ago. He was enthralled with the eggs, and I am excited to put them out in the yard tomorrow for him to "collect" (ie: pick up and throw). 

Ben was curious about the basket full of bunnies and crawled over to investigate.

He peered in and saw EGGS! Wow!

But they were all the way down in the bottom.

Ben really had to reach for the eggs.

Hurray!

And.... THROW! Did I mention Ben likes to throw things? He has a really good arm. Tim and I think he will be great at baseball someday.

Then I put a bunch of eggs out on the lawn as "practice". 

Ben knew just what to do!

And back to fishing eggs out of the basket again.

It was so cute to watch him...

Especially when he tipped the basket away from himself and got up on his knees. Not the most efficient way to reach the eggs, but he was on a mission! You can see the regard he had for Mr. Bunny. ;)

Then Ben decided to make a bee line for the duck pond. Silly boy!!!
